In November I had the opportunity to participate in TrIP Orlando, a.k.a. the Transit Interpretation Project. When I signed on to participate, I had no idea that doing so would turn into a double-your-pleasure, double-your-fun experience. Initially I was supposed to ride my LYNX bus route solo. Then project mastermind Pat Greene teamed me up with ultra-talented filmmaker Woodruff Laputka of Laputka Films, and my solitary immersion assignment expanded to include becoming the subject of Woodruff’s micro-documentary as we darted from bus stop to stop throughout the day.

You can read more about my take on the project as well as the poems generated afterward here, in my guest post on the TrIP blog: http://thecorridorproject.wordpress.com/2013/12/26/trip-blog-day-25-pantoum-of-lynx-route-40-by-vanessa-blakeslee-trip_orlando-publictransportation/
